gettensr.com is operated by TENSR, based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. [TBD — insert registered entity name and ABN once incorporation is complete.]

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where a price or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and, where GST applies, are inclusive of GST. Shipping is additional and shown at checkout. Import duties and destination taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. TENSR does not receive or store your full card details. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

TENSR products are exercise equipment. Inspect bands before every use and stop using any band showing tearing, fraying or thinning. Never stretch a band toward your face or another person.

Resistance training carries inherent risk. This is general information, not medical or fitness advice — consult a qualified health professional before starting any new training program, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition. You use TENSR products and the TENSR 28 program at your own risk.

The TENSR name, branding, site content and the TENSR 28 program are our property or licensed to us. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the TENSR 28 program. You may not redistribute, resell or publish it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
