Privacy

When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Your payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by TENSR.

If you join our email list we collect your email address. If you contact support we keep that correspondence.

We collect basic, cookieless analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, referring site, device type and country. This is aggregated and is not linked to you as an individual.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to visits and purchases. Meta receives the pages you view, products you add to your cart and purchases you make, together with a hashed (irreversible) form of your email address and a browser identifier. Meta may combine this with your Meta account. See the Cookies section for how to opt out.

To process and deliver your order, to provide support, to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send you marketing email.

Stripe, for payment processing. Resend, which sends your order confirmation and, if you have subscribed, our email updates. Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the aggregated analytics described above. Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement as described above. Australia Post and any carrier we use, to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our service providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and will still be sent.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@gettensr.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Our own analytics are cookieless. The Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp) in your browser to recognise repeat visits; you can block these with your browser's cookie settings or a tracker-blocking extension, and control how Meta uses them in your Meta account's Ad preferences. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives between visits — that data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it, and the cart will not persist if you do.
