Latex rolls.
Fabric doesn’t.
Every latex band fails the same way: it folds at the top of a hip thrust and digs into the leg. TENSR is a dense woven loop with silicone laid into the weave. It holds its width under load and stays exactly where you put it.
Hundreds of movements.
One loop.
Glutes, hips and hamstrings first. Then, anchored under a foot, shoulders, back and arms. All of it in a two-metre square, with nobody watching.

TENSR 28
A 28-day program built around the four loads. Four sessions a week, a movement library, and a tracker. Delivered the moment you pay.
A$95.00. All of it.
Holds its
shape.
A dense woven fabric with an internal grip layer. It does not roll at the top of a hip thrust, and it does not slacken through the back half of a rep.
Questions
Before you buy.
Will they roll or slip?
No. The width of the loop is what stops it folding, and a silicone grip is laid into the weave so it stays where you put it, even through a hip thrust.
Which band do I start on?
TENSR 01, ten kilograms. The program starts everyone there for week one, then moves you up when the last rep of a set still looks like the first.
Can I use them for upper body?
Anchored under a foot they load shoulders, back and arms. Their best work is through the hips and legs, and that is what TENSR 28 is built around.
How do I get TENSR 28?
The moment you pay. A download link is on your confirmation page and in your email, and it works for 90 days.
What if they are not for me?
Thirty days to change your mind, unused and in the original packaging. Send them back and we refund the set.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
