Shipping

TENSR ships worldwide from Australia. Priority markets are Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, alongside selected additional destinations. The full list we can currently accept is shown in the country selector at checkout.

Orders are picked and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Typical transit times once dispatched, by destination:

Australia — 3 to 10 business days. New Zealand — 6 to 12 business days. United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe — 10 to 20 business days. Elsewhere — 10 to 25 business days.

All estimates are indicative, exclude customs delays, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping is free to every destination we ship to. You choose your destination in the cart, and the delivery estimate shown there is what applies to your order.

International orders may attract import duties, GST/VAT or customs charges levied by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid to TENSR.

A tracking reference is emailed once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within five business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact info@gettensr.com within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will resolve it.
