Shipping

TENSR ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and selected additional markets. The full list of destinations we can currently accept is shown in the country selector at checkout.

[TBD — confirm with fulfilment partner] Orders are typically picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

[TBD — confirm once dispatch origin is finalised] Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and depend on the destination and the service selected. Estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the service you select. The total shown before you pay is the total you will be charged by TENSR.

International orders may attract import duties, GST/VAT or customs charges levied by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid to TENSR.

A tracking reference is emailed once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within five business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact info@gettensr.com within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will resolve it.
